The main house has 4 bedrooms and the annexe has 2.

Room 1 - Main house - 1 (15m2) :
Room, Ground level. This bedroom has 1 double bed King size. Bathroom private, with shower. WC in the bathroom. This bedroom includes also air conditioning.

Room 2 - Main house - 2 (22m2) :
Room, Ground level, connecting room. This bedroom has 1 double bed King size. Bathroom shared, with shower. WC in the bathroom. This bedroom includes also air conditioning, rooms in a row.

Room 3 - Main house - 3 (9m2) :
Children bedroom, Ground level, connecting room. This bedroom has 2 bunk beds. Bathroom shared, with shower. WC in the bathroom. This bedroom includes also air conditioning, safe, rooms in a row.

Room 4 - Main house - 4 (14m2) :
Room, Ground level. This bedroom has 1 double bed King size. Bathroom private, with shower. WC in the bathroom. This bedroom includes also air conditioning.

Room 5 - Annexe - 1 (10m2) :
Room. This bedroom has 1 double bed King size. Bathroom shared, with shower. WC in the bathroom. This bedroom includes also air conditioning.

Room 6 - Annexe - 2 (6m2) :
Room. This bedroom has 1 single bed 90 cm. Bathroom shared, with shower. WC in the bathroom. This bedroom includes also air conditioning.

Notes:
- Bedrooms 2 and 3 are en suite and share a bathroom. Together they form a family room.


Indoors 

The interior design combines tradition and modernity, with a living room equipped with two sofas and a fireplace, a dining room that can seat 12, and a fully equipped kitchen. The TV corner with Apple TV and the reading corner with its armchairs provide areas for relaxation. Wi-Fi and speakers ensure an exceptional sound experience.


Outdoors 

The exterior of this finca is a true delight. The saltwater swimming pool (15m), heated from April to September*, is surrounded by deckchairs for relaxing moments. A terrace shaded by a pergola invites you to dine al fresco, with a plancha and barbecue available. A pétanque court, massage room and 75m2 yoga terrace add a unique leisure touch. The large garden has integrated sound systems to create an enchanting atmosphere. 6 electric mountain bikes are available. 
The property also includes a chapel, a parking for 7 cars and 2 electric charging points.

* Pool heating is included in the price from April to September. This service is also available in October, on request and at an additional cost.


Staff & Services

The price includes a cleaning service (4 hours a day), pool heating from April to September and breakfast. You will also receive a welcome basket on arrival.


Location

Located just 34 km from Mahon airport and 22 km from the port of Ciutadella, the property is easy to reach. As well as Cala Mitjana beach, just a 20-minute walk away, you can quickly reach other places of interest on the island. This privileged location will allow you to discover Menorca in all its splendour.

- Pets: Accepted after the owners' agreement (additional deposit of €500).
- If the reservation includes more than 3 children under the age of 8, a surcharge of €700 per child per week will be applied. This fee covers additional housekeeping and linen costs.
