Indoors

It consists of a living room, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 4 bedrooms (one with 3 single beds, one with 2 single beds, one with a double bed and one with a king size bed) as well as 3 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate up to 9 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, fireplace, TV, baby cot, toddler bed and high chair.

Outdoors

One of its main assets is its large exterior surface area and its beautiful decoration. There you will find furnished covered and uncovered terraces, a barbecue where you can prepare delicious meals and a large swimming pool surrounded by sun loungers, where you can swim on hot summer days. There is also a tennis court where guests can play.

Location

Located in the city of Ciutadella de Menorca, many shops, restaurants, bars and cafes can be found in the center of Cala Blanca, a 5-minute drive from the property (2.2 km), while the nearest beach, Playa Cala Blanca, is 1.11 km (3 minutes by car). Parking spaces and a garage are available inside the property.
