Outside you can enjoy a large swimming pool with sunbeds, as well as a covered terrace including a rest area with sofas and an area with a table to enjoy outdoor meals and a barbecue.
In addition, the house has a roof terrace with sea views and chillout area to enjoy the beautiful sunsets.

Staff & Services

Rental of the house includes linen, a cleaner and garden maintenance. Other services are also available, at an additional cost: breakfast, high chair and cot, overtime cleaning, laundry service, pre-stocking, etc.

Location

The villa is located in one of the quietest areas on the southeast coast of Menorca: Cap d'en Font, near Binisafúa beach.
Undoubtedly its location is one of the greatest advantages, since within a very short distance you will find several spectacular bathing areas, one of them known as Es Caló Blanc.
The villa also offers stand up paddle boards to enjoy the sea.

Rental conditions

- It is not allowed to organise events in the property without prior approval by Villanovo
- No safety fence around the pool
- Pets not allowed
- Pool has no swimming guard
- Smoking is not allowed inside the house
- The house must be returned in the same condition of check in. Otherwise fees can be charged to the customer.
- Language spoken by staff : English - Spanish
- Check-in : 16:00 h - Check out : 10:00 h
- Amount of security deposit : 500.00 EUR
- Security deposit must be paid in the form of : Credit card pre-authorization (amount is not debited from your card)

Reservation conditions

- Guarantee deposit charged by Villanovo upon reservation : 40 %
- 2nd payment 50 Days to arrival day : 60 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo.
- The reservation price does not include optional incidentals or on-request items which will be added to your final bill.

- Cancellation policy is applied according to villa local time
- Cancellation occurs less than 50 Days to arrival day : 100 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo.

Totally blown away by this place! Such a gorgeous, stylish villa very close to the airport but also to some of the most beautiful beaches and coves. The villa itself is perfect... Modern and well equipped the 4 bathrooms and bedrooms are incredibly comfortable. The heart of the villa is lovely, open and spacious and opens out to the pool area which became the main place we spent our time! The rooftop terrace was a breathtaking bonus offering some gorgeous sunrises and sunsets. I've never stayed somewhere so serene and this all inevitably led to a incredibly relaxing holiday. Outside the villa, it is in reach of gorgeous crystal clear beaches and is incredibly easy to travel on road across the island. I can't recommend this place enough! We were so heartbroken to leave!! X

Dar’s house is a great gem in Menorca. It is 5 min walk from the most beautiful Calo Blanco. It is so close I walked there in barefoot. House is equipped with the perfect pool, 2 refrigerators, amazing kitchen, and AC in each bedrooms as well as living room. Our family cooked in in the modern kitchen and BBQ grill that’s provided by the house as well. It was easy house, better than what I expected, and just seamless in our trip. The host was very responsive about check in, out, and whenever we needed help. Locals suggestions were presented in laminated brochure in the house and pool toys for the kids were nice touch. I would love to come back again!

Alojamiento espectacular. Una vivienda con todas las comodidades que necesitábamos. Cada habitación tiene baño propio. Nostros éramos 3 parejas así que dentro de compartir vivienda hemos tenido mucha intimidad. La piscina de 10 y la zona exterior la hemos aprovechado al máximo. Ubicada en una zona de máxima tranquilidad pero a tan sólo 10 min del aeropuerto y 15 min de Mahón. Recomendable 100x100. Volveremos!
