Rental conditions

- Children must be supervised by an adult at all times when using hot tub, pool, sauna or hammam
- Children welcome
- No safety fence around the pool
- Pool has no swimming guard
- Smoking is not allowed inside the house
- The guest undertakes not to use the property for any commercial purpose sush as a photoshoot, seminar, events... and not to use any photographs taken at the property for any commercial purpose or to make profit.
- The house must be returned in the same condition of check in. Otherwise fees can be charged to the customer.
- Language spoken by staff : English - French - Spanish
- Check-in : 15:00 h - Check out : 10:00 h
- Amount of security deposit : 1 200.00 EUR
- Security deposit must be paid in the form of : Credit card pre-authorization (amount is not debited from your card)

Reservation conditions

- Guarantee deposit charged by Villanovo upon reservation : 40 %
- 2nd payment 50 Days to arrival day : 60 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo.
- The reservation price does not include optional incidentals or on-request items which will be added to your final bill.

Cancellation policy and cancellation fees

- Any booking modification or cancellation must be sent to us by email
- Cancellation policy is applied according to villa local time
- For all cancellations, the initial guarantee deposit is non-refundable.
- Cancellation occurs less than 45 Days to arrival day : 100 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo.
- No show 100 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo

Superbe maison, très bien équipée, avec une jolie décoration. La piscine à débordement est un plus avec une superbe vue sur la plage de Son Bou. Emplacement idéal, très calme avec commerces à proximité et plage à 2 minutes.
Je recommande vivement les services de Villanovo. Agence sérieuse qui accompagne ses clients pendant le séjour si besoin. Ils nous ont proposé tout un tas de services et notamment un loueur de voitures à un prix très intéressant.

Me gustó la casa y la información proporcionada. Cualquier duda que tenía me la solucionaron de manera inmediata.
A la llegada tuvimos que comprar papel de baño, jabón de mano y sólo había 2 pastillas para el lavavajillas y 2 pastillas para la lavadora,

Idéalement située, la vue est magnifique, la piscine à débordement est superbe et d’une très bonne taille.
L’intervention de certains prestataires sans avoir été prévenus auparavant nous a surpris. Ce n’est pas grand chose mais ce serait le truc en plus de nous en informer!
