Room, 1st floor. This bedroom has 1 double bed 180 cm. Bathroom private, with shower. WC in the bathroom. This bedroom includes also private terrace, fan.

Room 2
Room, 1st floor. This bedroom has 2 twin beds. Bathroom shared, with bathtub, shower. WC are shared. This bedroom includes also fan.

Room 3
Room, 1st floor. This bedroom has 2 twin beds. Bathroom shared, with bathtub, shower. WC are shared. This bedroom includes also fan.

Room 4
Room, 2nd floor, independent access. This bedroom has 1 double bed 180 cm. Bathroom private, with shower. WC in the bathroom. This bedroom includes also air conditioning, fan.


Indoors

The interior combines the authenticity of old stone and beams with contemporary comfort. Large glass doors let in light and open onto the stone courtyard, creating an ideal indoor-outdoor space for all seasons.
A spacious living room with a fireplace adjoins the fully equipped open kitchen and a convivial dining area for 10 people. 


Outdoors

The magic is outside: terraced gardens, an elegant swimming pool converted from an old pond (8.4 x 2.5m - Depth: 1.2 to 1.45m), shaded areas and vast lawns. Large oak trees, lavender and fruit trees create a bucolic setting. The large terrace covered by a pergola is ideal for al fresco dining and aperitifs at sunset. For the more active, a games basket with volleyball, badminton, boules, table tennis and beach equipment is available.
The parking can accommodate 2-3 cars.

Located on the outskirts of Alaior, just a 10-minute walk from its lively centre, the villa enjoys a strategic location: shops and restaurants within walking distance, the beaches of Son Bou and Binigaus 15 minutes away by car, Mahon and its airport nearby.
