Indoors
The living room of the house is cosy and ideal for a moment of reading and the kitchen is fully equipped. With its large table, the dining room is a perfect place to share convivial meals or to start incredible play board games.
Each bedroom has its own bathroom and toilet and was established in a space that was originally a specific area for farming. Like the winds of Menorca, from which they take their names, the bedrooms LLevant, Ponent, Migjorn, Xaloc and Gregal are comfortable and unique.
Outdoors
The property is located on 6000 m2 of fully fenced land and has several landscaped outdoor areas. Guests can enjoy an outdoor pool, a jacuzzi, a pergola, several terraces with barbecue, different tree-filled places and a skittles area.

The housekeeping at the end of the stay is included and the villa also offers to its guests the possibility of optional services such as additional housekeeping, chef services, grocery delivery, breakfasts, airport transfers, baby-sitter or airport transfers.
