In the indoors the villa offers a spacious and comfortable living room equipped with everything you need for a perfect stay (TV, DVD, iPod player ...), next to it you will also find a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary appliances and access to a laundry room with washer and dryer.
The outdoors of the house offers 2 terraces. One of them is covered, and has tables and chairs for al fresco dining while enjoying the magnificent view.
The second one is on the same level and has a barbecue.
Likewise, the house has a private swimming pool with sun loungers where you can relax or sunbathe.

Très bien située en bord de mer et à proximité de Sant Lluis. Très belle vue sur la baie. Joli jardin fleuri . Maison toute équipée et spacieuse . Cuisine toute équipée.
Pas de vis à vis. Très propre et bien entretenue. Grande piscine.
Nous avons passé un agréable séjour.
Le lit de la chambre parentale est trop petit et le matelas pas confortable : 140x190 cm
Internet a fonctionné 3 jours seulement . Manque d’éclairage dans le salon. Volet de la chambre parentale très dur à ouvrir.
