Outdoors

The villa has 2 large covered terraces: the 1^st at the front which is equipped with various rest areas, a dining area, a bar area. The 2^nd is located at the rear of the villa with direct access to the living room and the kitchen, ideal for having breakfast and lunch. It is equipped with a dining area and Weber barbecue. By the 50 m2 swimming pool, you will find an outdoor shower, a dining area under an arbor, as well as a lounge area and 6 deckchairs. You have the possibility to park 2 cars inside the lot.


Staff & Services

You will have a welcome drink. In the living room you will find a guide to using the villa as well as a guide with tourist information to organize your stay on the island. On request and with participation, you will have access to various services. You benefit from discounts on the Son Parc Golf Course upon presentation of a card which you will find at the villa.


Location

The villa is located in the urbanization of Son Parc in the north of the island of Menorca. You are a golfer or you want to learn, you are only 3 minutes by car from the only golf course on the island. If you want to swim, the “Arenal Son Saura” beach welcomes you just 3 minutes by car with the possibility of parking right next to it. From Son Parc, you can go anywhere on the island thanks to its centralized position.
