The Home

Villa Aleiora is a wonderful villa set in the heart of a rural Mediterranean landscape with an elegant and warm style throughout. Bright colours bring a touch of happiness to the home and combine with natural tones to create the perfect villa for your next holiday in Menorca.

Living Areas

The living room, dining room and kitchen are all located on the ground floor of the property. The dining room table can seat up to 10 people so you can all dine together. There are also 3 bathrooms within this property, and separate downstairs toilet.

Bedrooms

Three of the bedrooms are situated on the first floor of the property, with the other one on the ground floor.
Bedroom 1: double bed, ensuite bathroom.
Bedroom 2: double bed, ensuite bathroom.
Bedroom 3: twin bed, shared bathroom.
Bedroom 4: twin bed, shared bathroom.

The house can welcome 6 guests, with a maximum of 8 persons (with extra cost).

Outside

Outside you will find a large garden with a private swimming pool, sun loungers, and a large shaded pergola, perfect for enjoying al fresco meals with your family and friends. There is also a secure parking area.

Location

Located just outside of a small town in Menorca called Alaior, Villa Aleiora is just a 7 minute drive from the largest beach on the whole island, Son Bou. Set within 2.5 acres of rural Mediterranean landscape, this villa benefits from spectacular surroundings and fantastic views. The town centre that has a large variety of local shops, bars and restaurants is just a 7 minute walk away from the villa. The airport is also just a 15 minute drive away so Villa Aleiora is the perfect choice for those heading to Menorca.

Rental conditions

- Children must be supervised by an adult at all times when using hot tub, pool, sauna or hammam
- Children welcome
- It is not allowed to organise events in the property without prior approval by Villanovo
- No safety fence around the pool
- Pool has no swimming guard
- Smoking is not allowed inside the house
- Language spoken by staff : English - Spanish
- Check-in : 16:00 h - Check out : 10:00 h
- Amount of security deposit : 1 000.00 EUR
- Security deposit must be paid in the form of : By credit card or bank transfer with your last rental payment

Reservation conditions

- Guarantee deposit charged by Villanovo upon reservation : 50 %
- 2nd payment 60 Days to arrival day : 50 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo.
- The reservation price does not include optional incidentals or on-request items which will be added to your final bill.

Cancellation policy and cancellation fees

- Any booking modification or cancellation must be sent to us by email
- Cancellation policy is applied according to villa local time
- For all cancellations, the initial guarantee deposit is non-refundable.
- Cancellation occurs less than 60 Days to arrival day : 100 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo.
- No show 100 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo
