Casa Lavanda is a particularly tranquil villa being situated in a quiet residential area of similar villas, not far from Mahon, Menorca's attractive capital and main harbour.
Casa Lavanda is a second home, frequently used by the owners on their frequent visits to Menorca. The villa is well equipped, tastefully furnished and screened from the road by oleander trees and set in approximately half an acre of mature private gardens, stocked with bourganvillea, hibiscus and a variety of fruit trees. Patio doors lead from a large sitting/dining room onto the villa's shady terrace for dining and relaxing, and overlooking the large secluded pool, complete with sunloungers, chairs, shower and BBQ.
